About Charles Glaubitz
Charles Glaubitz is a Tijuana-based artist. Born to a German-American father from Nebraska and mother from Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, his work has been recognized by American Illustration, Communication Arts, How Magazine, and Print Magazine. His artwork has been featured in Juxtapoz Magazine, Juxtapoz Illustration 2 Book, The Upset Gestalen, and Pictoplasma. His Graphic Novels Starseeds was published by Fantagraphics Books and has been recognized by American Best Comics 2012. His artwork has been exhibited at San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art, Oceanside Museum of Contemporary Art, Museo Carrillo Gil México City, Museo de Arte Zapopan, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Oaxaca, Centro Cultural de Tijuana, and Museo de Arte el Cubo de Tijuana.
