About the Workshop

Extraordinary Desserts Pastry Chef & Owner Karen Krasne will team up with architect Jennifer Luce of LUCE et Studio – who has designed both the Little Italy and Bankers Hill locations of the bakery and café - to do a live demonstration exhibiting the architecture of the Pavlova, a meringue-based dessert named for Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Don’t miss this dynamite design and culinary duo for inspiration in the kitchen, their work together and unscripted banter from beloved experts in their respective fields.
